Sorry for the lack of updates, people. As mentioned the REAL internet has not arrived yet. The only way is to carry lappie to Wi-fi places and update everything as much as I could.

Last time I told myself, I will never choose promoter as my part-time job because of many logical reasons like stand until leg patah. Mana tau, finally, I got promoter job, thanks to Jia Yeen. I would rather work until leg patah to earn some pocket money during the semester break rather than stoning at home, getting fatter and fatter XD

It was (extremely)tiring for my legs, but fun. Getting to know more customers and communicating is seriously fun. Eventhough it is only a 2-day-job, there will be valueable experience. I get to know many other promoters as well like Grace, Jacqueline, Clement, Eric and others. Nice to meet you all!

Overall, I am very satisfied and contented!

So, what is your preferred part-time job? :)

Impromptu Snack

Thanks to Kelly, I suddenly craved for the awesome french fries of Pommes Frites in Sunway Pyramid. Since it is impossible to go there and makan, I have decided to make my own version of it at home.

Looking into the freezer, there is no french fries. But thank god I found one packet of Tesco brand frozen potato wedges.

Ingredients

A-Potato Wedges (you can use any brand as long as it taste good)

B-Campbell instant powder mushroom soup (Vono is better cuz the texture is thicker)

C-Powdered Mozarella cheese

D-1 slice of cheddar cheese

Steps:

1. Bake A in the oven until half cooked. ( Healthier to bake and it still taste nice eventhough it is not fried)

2. Mix B with hot water. In case it is not thick enough, thicken it using C rather than corn starch. It adds flavour too.

3. Pour the mixture in Step 2 and D onto A. Continue baking until cheese melts.

The Final Product

It tasted almost like KFC's cheesy wedges. Well, I think next time should put more other ingredients like parsley, tomatoes etc to improve the taste.

MIA but not disappearing

Due to some internet connection problem, I have been away from the cyberworld since final exam. Instead of using izzi, I have now switched to using digi broadband temporarily. Streamyx may be the final choice cuz unlimited usage is suitable for me XD

What I have been doing without internet? ( now I can't live without internet ) Well basically MISSING MY BLOG A LOT! Sighs..didn't get to update bloggie and upload pictures. Wait until I have unlimited usage of internet first then once and for all I will do my job! ;)

This 20-days-semester-break is kinda crazy cuz have been going out everyday. What to do? If not i will rot at home :P Had some birthday celebration, friends and family outings. Great!

Wohooo finally watched Toy Story 3! That is the most amazing movie! Love it to the max! Seriously feel like watching it again and again....

Cut the crap. I may have to abandon my blog and pictures for a time being until I get the REAL internet.

Things to Do in the Library When You're Bored

☺Memorize the Dewey Decimal System, & recite it to liven up dinner parties.


☺Reshelve the educational theory books under "fiction"


☺Check out all copies of books on how to improve your memory, then tell the librarian you can't remember where they are.


☺Instead of checking things in, offer to buy them. Don't take no for an answer!


☺Stand near the exit gates, & "beep" as people walk through.


☺Ask the librarian how to turn the videotape over to watch the other side.


☺Ask the reference librarian for all information about the negative consequences of losing ones' temper; act really impatient while he or she looks.


☺Go to a computer near the circulation desk, hold the mouse like a microphone & repeatedly ask where the computer books are.


☺Attend the story hour & tell them your inner child just wants to listen.

CAT/ACCA finals for june 2010 session will be starting on 7 june, monday. I hereby wish all CAT&ACCA students all the best in their papers. don't panic and do your best.

well, the journey of self study after revision classes has been more challenging compared to CAT life. semangat and slacking off mood is going on and off. huge self discipline and determination is strongly needed. nearly wanted to stay overnight in college instead of driving back home since i have been studying in college until 9 pm. heh. hope all of the hard work will be paid off. the holiday shall be enjoyed to the fullest. one of it is cherating! woohooo~ thanks to my parents. and i miss all of my buddies! outings, badminton and yum cha sessions...
